"Dear #OYO I regret to inform you that my recent stay at your establishment was less than satisfactory. The room I was assigned was small, and the beds were uncomfortable. Additionally, the room service was painfully slow, and I was surprised to find extra charges on my bill. Furthermore, the television was not functional, and there was no bathroom mirror. The lack of ventilation made the overall experience quite unpleasant.The absence of WiFi connectivity was inconvenient, especially for business travelers or those who rely on the internet during their stay.The lack of parking facilities made it challenging for guests with vehicles. Finding suitable parking nearby was a hassle. Lastly,Not having access to a personal kitchen or even basic kitchenette amenities limited guests' options for preparing meals or snacks. "Rooms are not same as the shown in the picture in the room that was provided to me was not in average condition mattresses of the bed is very bad also bathroom exhaust is not working and there is no mirror in the room I think while checking in this hotel everyone should check before paying to the hotel"
